I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing. I hold a Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) from MICA, Ahmedabad, and was a Visiting Scholar at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, USA. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Marketing.
Before entering academia, I worked with a global market research agency in Mumbai, where I was responsible for delivering consumer insights and strategic recommendations for a leading Western fast-food brand. My work covered Usage & Attitude (U&A) studies, Ad Testing, Brand Health Tracking, Customer Satisfaction, and Data Acquisition projects.
My research interests lie at the intersection of marketing, technology, and society, exploring how technological change influences consumers, marketers, and culture. Currently, my projects focus on data privacy in marketing, particularly in the context of emerging technologies, as well as the history of marketing thought.
Outside of academia, I enjoy reading, travelling, and reflecting on the human side of marketing and life, interests that often inspire my teaching and writing.
